Enrolments – Primary Enrolment

If you would like to enrol your child at Nhulunbuy Primary School and your child has not attended a school in the Northern Territory please complete the Online NT Enrolment Form.

If your child is transferr ing from another NT school, please print and complete the Student Enrolment Form in PDF format (available on the NT DET Website) and contact Nhulunbuy Primary School. Administration staff will obtain the student’s files and SAMS data.

Our administration staff will also require copies of birth certificates and immunisation records. First Aid staff will require copies of any medical management plans and the completion of forms for any medications.

Enrolments – Pre-School Enrolment

If you would like to enrol your child at Nhulunbuy Preschool please follow the link and complete the Online NT Enrolment Form.

In addition to the Online Enrolment please peruse our Pre-School Handbook for 2023. Please complete all pages at the back of this document and return to the Nhulunbuy Primary School Front Office.

Please return;

  1. Family/Child information questionnaire
  2. Use of child image / photo permissions form
  3. Internet Acceptable Use Policy/ General Consent
  4. Pick up and drop off authorisations
  5. Excursion form

Along with a copy of;

  • Birth Certificate
  • Immunisation Record
  • Visa (if applicable)
  • Health Care Plan / Asthma Action Plan (If applicable)

Printed Preschool Handbooks are also available at the front office at Nhulunbuy Primary School.

Preschool shirts can be purchased from the Uniform Shop that will be open in January 2023 (These dates will be communicated at a later date).

If you would like to enrol your child for 2023, your child must turn 4 before the 30th June, 2023.

Please drop in all the above documents to the Nhulunbuy Primary School Front Office for processing. Once the enrolment process has been completed, the Teacher in Charge, will contact you to discuss class placement, open days etc.
